1. Order Processing 

All orders are processed within:
  • 1–3 business days (excluding weekends & holidays)
During high-demand periods (sales, launches), processing may extend to:
  • 3–5 business days
Critical clarity:
Processing time is separate from shipping time


2. Shipping Timeframes (Realistic + Transparent)

Because LightHÜM products are carefully sourced to maintain premium quality while staying affordable, delivery times are:

🇺🇸 United States:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

🌎 International:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days

     Optional (if you enable it later):

  • Priority Processing + Faster Handling (paid upgrade)
Customers receive tracking within 24–72 hours after shipment


3. Shipping Costs 

  • Free Shipping on Orders Over $50
  • Flat rate or calculated shipping under that threshold


4. Order Tracking 

Once shipped, you’ll receive:
  •  Tracking number via email
  •  Real-time updates
Tracking may take 2–5 days to activate depending on carrier processing.


5. Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items:
  • Items may ship separately from different warehouses
  • You may receive multiple tracking numbers
This is NORMAL — not a mistake


6. Delays Beyond Our Control 

While we aim for fast delivery, delays may occur due to:
  • Weather disruptions
  • Customs clearance
  • Carrier overload
  • Incorrect shipping details
LightHÜM is not responsible for delays caused by external factors, but we will assist you in tracking and resolving issues.


7. Incorrect Address Policy 

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping details.
If an order is shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error:
  • We are not responsible for replacement
  • We will assist in recovery if possible
If the order has not shipped yet: → Contact us within 2 hours to request an address correction

8. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package:
  1. Check with neighbors or building management
  2. Contact the shipping carrier
  3. Then contact us
LightHÜM is not responsible for stolen packages, but we will help investigate.


9. Customs, Duties & Taxes 

For international orders:
  • Customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, or fees
  • These are not included in product pricing or shipping cost


10. Shipping Restrictions

We may not ship to:
  • Certain remote regions
  • P.O. Boxes (for specific carriers/products)
If an order cannot be fulfilled, you will receive:
  • Full refund
  • Notification within processing stage

 


11. Damaged During Shipping 

If your product arrives damaged:
  • Contact us within 48 hours
  • Provide photo/video evidence
You will receive:
  • Replacement OR
  • Full refund


12. Order Cancellation 

Orders can only be canceled:
  • Within 2 hours of purchase
After that, the order enters processing, it cannot be canceled.
