You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.

2. Eligibility Requirements 

To qualify for a return:
  • Item must be in original condition
  • Includes all components, accessories, cables, and packaging
  • Must not show signs of:
    • Heavy usage
    • Physical damage caused by misuse
    • Unauthorized modifications
⚠️ Critical rule:
Returns that arrive incomplete or damaged may be partially refunded or rejected


3. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives:
  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Not what you ordered
We fix it immediately at no cost.
You will receive:

  • ✅ Full refund

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery

4. Free Returns vs. Paid Returns 

We cover return shipping if:
  • Product is defective
  • Product is wrong
Customer covers return shipping if:
  • Change of mind

Once we receive and inspect your return:

7. Non-Returnable Items 

The following cannot be returned:
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or made-to-order lighting setups
  • Items used beyond reasonable inspection


8. Return Process 

Step-by-step:

  2. Provide:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photo (if applicable)
  3. Receive return instructions within 24 hours
  4. Ship item using provided instructions


9. Late or Missing Refunds 

If your refund hasn’t appeared:
  1. Check your bank account
  2. Contact your payment provider
  3. Then contact us

10. Order Cancellation Policy 

Orders can only be canceled:
  • Within 2 hours of purchase
After that, orders enter fulfillment and cannot be canceled.


11. Warranty Policy 

All LightHÜM products include:
1-Year Limited Warranty
Covers:
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Electrical malfunctions
Does NOT cover:
  • Damage from drops, water misuse, or modifications

 


12. International Orders 

For international returns:
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping
  • Import duties/taxes are non-refundable
